AI MEETING MINUTES

Your Minutes are written before you leave the room.

Julie is an app for your Android phone. Install it, press Start just before the meeting begins, and lay the phone on the table. It listens through the phone's own microphone, follows the whole discussion, and hands you a complete, professional Meeting Minutes document the moment you press End. No typing. No forgotten action items. No writing it up at eleven at night.

BUILT FOR HOW WE ACTUALLY TALK

Speak Bangla. Speak English. Mix both in one sentence.

Real meetings in Dhaka are not in one language. Somebody explains the problem in Bangla, quotes the figure in English, and finishes the sentence in Banglish. Julie follows all of it — Bangla, English, and the mix — without anybody changing how they speak.

And however the meeting was spoken, the Minutes always come out in clean, professional English — ready to send to your client, your board or your head office.

Spoken in the room:

"আচ্ছা, budget-টা আমরা fifteen lakh রাখছি, কিন্তু hiring শুরু করব next month থেকে। Rahim ভাই, আপনি JD-গুলো ready করে ফেলেন।"

What Julie writes:

Decision: Recruitment budget fixed at BDT 15 lakh. Hiring to commence next month. Action: Prepare job descriptions — Owner: Rahim.

What Julie actually does for you

Completely silent

She never interrupts. She listens, and she speaks only when you call her by name. Your client will not even know she is working.

Ask her mid-meeting

"Julie, what have we decided so far?" — "Julie, what are the action items?" She answers instantly, from the whole meeting, not just the last minute. You can also type the question so nobody in the room hears it.

A real Word document

Not a raw transcript. A structured Minutes: attendance, discussion, decisions, an action-item table with owners and dates, risks and open issues. Share it straight to WhatsApp or e-mail.

Bangla, English or Banglish

Speak however your team speaks. She understands all three and always writes the Minutes in professional English.

A meeting is never lost

Everything is saved on your phone as the meeting runs. If the internet drops or the connection fails at the last moment, you still get a complete document from what she recorded.

Send her in your place

Cannot attend? Brief her by voice — what to say for you, what to ask, what she may agree to. Send the brief to a colleague's phone and she attends on your behalf, speaks your position and brings back the answers.

Three taps, start to finish

  1. Tell her the meeting

Thirty seconds of speaking — who is attending, what it is about. Or skip it entirely; she works either way.

  2. Put the phone on the table

Press Start and hold your meeting normally. For a Zoom or WhatsApp call, put it on speaker.

  3. Press End

About a minute later the finished Minutes are on your screen, ready to share.

A REAL EXAMPLE

This is what a 40-minute meeting turns into

A marketing department planning meeting, held mostly in Bangla with English figures. Nobody typed a single word during it. This is the document Julie produced.

MEETING MINUTES

Recruiting 10 New Freshers in Marketing Department & Related Strategy

Naztech Limited · 28 August 2026 · 42 minutes

1. Meeting Information

Organization
Naztech Limited
Date
28 August 2026
Duration
42 minutes
Participants
Tareq Naushad (Head of Marketing), Rahim Uddin (HR), Farhana Akter (Brand), Sazzad Hossain (Digital)
Objective
Agree the hiring plan for ten fresh marketing graduates and the onboarding strategy to follow

2. Discussion

Headcount and budget

  • Marketing is running at roughly 60% of the capacity needed for the Q4 campaign calendar.
  • Ten fresh graduates agreed as the right shape of hire — cheaper to train into the company's own way of working than mid-level hires.
  • Total recruitment budget fixed at BDT 15 lakh, covering salary for the first six months plus training.

Sourcing channels

  • University career fairs at DU, NSU and BRAC identified as the primary channel.
  • LinkedIn and BDJobs to run in parallel for candidates already a year out.
  • Farhana raised that last year's fair-only approach produced a narrow candidate pool.

Onboarding and retention

  • A structured 90-day onboarding programme to be built before the first intake, not after.
  • Each fresher paired with a senior mentor for the first six months.
  • Concern raised that two of last year's four hires left within eight months; exit reasons to be reviewed before the JDs are finalised.

3. Decisions

  • Recruit ten fresh marketing graduates, intake starting 1 October 2026.
  • Recruitment budget approved at BDT 15 lakh.
  • Hiring to run through university career fairs as the primary channel, with LinkedIn and BDJobs in support.
  • A 90-day structured onboarding programme is a prerequisite for the first intake, not a follow-up task.
  • Each new hire is assigned a senior mentor for six months.

4. Action Items

5. Risks

  • Retention: two of four graduates hired in 2025 left within eight months. Repeating that rate would waste most of the budget.
  • Timing: career fair dates are fixed by the universities. Missing the September window pushes the whole intake to next year.
  • Capacity: the team is already at 60% capacity, so the people running recruitment are the same people delivering the Q4 campaigns.

6. Open Questions

  • Whether the BDT 15 lakh includes the cost of the training programme or only salaries — to be confirmed with Finance.
  • Whether ten hires can realistically be mentored given current senior headcount.

Every name, figure and date above was spoken aloud in the meeting. Julie extracted them; nobody typed them.

Free while we listen to you

Julie is free right now, with 30 minutes of meeting every day. No payment, no plan, nothing to choose. We are giving it to a small group first to find out what is genuinely useful and what is missing.

30 minutes of meeting per day

Based on what you tell us, the daily limit will be extended and a pricing plan will be published on this page. Nothing will change without notice.

Before you ask

Is my meeting audio stored anywhere?

No audio is ever saved — not on your phone, not anywhere else. Only the written notes are kept, and they stay on your own device.

Does it work without internet?

Listening needs a connection. But if the internet fails during a meeting, everything already captured is safe on your phone, and you can still produce a full document from it.

How accurate is it with names?

You can give Julie a list of the names she will hear — your company, your clients, short forms like SEBL or NRBC, and your colleagues. Once she knows them she does not confuse them.

Which phones does it run on?

Any Android phone from Android 8 onwards. Install the APK directly — it is not on the Play Store yet.

Take it into your next meeting.

30 minutes free, every day. Try it on a short internal call first — you will see the whole thing work before you use it in front of a client.
